Himawan Widyandaru

Hima
1. Hima means (is Arabic for) "inviolate zones" solely for the conservation of natural capital, typically fields, wildlife and forests (contrast haram to protect areas for more immediate human purposes). A Muslim has a specific obligation to practice khalifa ("stewardship") over nature, and each species of animals is said to be "its own nation". The selection of hima was thus a religious rather than community obligation, and was often undertaken by ulema. There were five types of hima reserves:
• areas where grazing of domestic animals was prohibited
• areas where grazing was restricted to certain seasons
• beekeeping reserves where grazing was restricted during flowering
• forest areas where cutting of trees was forbidden
• reserves managed for the welfare of a particular village, town, or tribe (see haram, although that term usually refers more to water protection measures)
2. Himaachala is made up of two words: Hima + Achala. Hima means that which is white as snow. Achala is that which is firm and unshakable.
3. word "Himalaya" is derived from the Sanskrit language. Hima means snow and Alaya means house. Therefore the literal meaning of Himalaya is the house of snow. The Himalayas run about 1,500 miles from west to east bordering seven countries. However, one third of the Himalayan range is found in Nepal which is a small country about 550 miles (880 km) long and 100 miles (160 km) wide.
4. HIMALAYAS: The highest mountain of the world whereon he Mount Everest and Mount Kailas, the abode of Lord Siva. Hima means in Sanskrit snow. Alaya means abode. The mountain is always snow-clad. Considered the most sacred mountain in Hindu mythology, being the abode of Lord Siva; a place for meditation for the sages. Being highest, it is considered to be nearest to God.
5. In Sanskrit, the world's most ancient language, "hima" means 'ice' and "alaya" means 'home'
6. There was no mention about the word "hima" in the sense of snow. Hima means cold as seen in the word "himawanata" or "himapanata" meaning "having cold whether" (wanata=having). Hima is understood as "dews" resulted from cold weather.
7. Sebagai tempat bersemayam-Nya adalah Gunung Mahameru - gunung ini merupakan gunung tertinggi didunia, di India gunung ini juga dikenal dengan sebutan Gunung Kelasa atau gunung Himawan (Salju Abadi).

Widya :
1. Widya means knowledge
2. Widya = education

Ndaru :
Ndaru means blessing from above

Himawan Widyandaru
Himawan means snow at the mountain, Widya means knowledge, Ndaru means blessing from above. Thus, the parents' prayer of him to be a man who has a knowledge highly as a snow at the mountain and as a blessing from God.
Day by day, he's growing up...
